How did we do in 2024?

One of the key ways in which we can improve the service we provide to our clients is by analysing the feedback they give us. Praise is great (and we had a lot in 2024) but even more valuable is when we don’t always get things spot on and clients help us learn lessons to do things better.

Dozens of clients completed their satisfaction surveys for new business advice in 2024 (thank you!) and our final satisfaction score was 95.38%.

 

Just as pleasing were some of the comments our dedicated advice team received:

And when it came to the ongoing service we provided to our clients, they were even happier, really appreciating the value for money and regular contact. Our Q4 2024 score was 97.85%.
